“Legal harusnya juga menjadi fokus para pelaku usaha. Di samping terkait manajemen risiko terkait pula dengan upgrading, jadi ketika mereka mau naik level profesional bukan startup, legalitas sudah terpenuhi,” jelas pria yang akrab disapa Philo itu.

Dalam beberapa kasus, kekayaan intelektual dan hubungan dekat dengan asas kepercayaan saja dirasa cukup. Padahal bila melihat hasil penelitian, sebesar 60-65 persen startup gagal karena konflik antara co-founder.
